On a brown chocolaty ground

Stood the Mansion Dela

Glowing in its magnificent glory

Standing proudly among the ruined grasses

A mansion who’s history is lost

To the memory of mankind,

Who’s present the concern of no one

The future uncertain and covered in the mist of darkness

Whos secret are deep as its cellars

And whos lives and glitters are as shallow

as the fountainhead at the entrance.

The window to the north

A witness to history so dark and cryptic

The door the welcome gate

to the skeletons in the closet

Those laughs,the merry and rejoice

cowed down and washed away by

scream and sighs of anguish

 and betrayal trumpets

human greed, desires and sorrow
